Dominic is the best !! He does everything to make you feel comfortable there, in such a natural way! He's just cool and courteous .. The restaurant is also warm, bright on such dark days .. It's always nice to go there

Very friendly staff, great atmosphere. Good music (not too loud). Were there for lunch. The card is great! There is something for everyone. The food came quickly and it was delicious. Definitely worth a visit when in Aachen! Gladly again!

You sit nicely and the service is friendly. The food is unfortunately underground: we had 2 different curries. The rice and the alleged naan bread are minus 1 star, the curry itself tasted good, except for the strange consistency of the meat.

I can recommend it without reservation, the food was delicious and the service was very friendly. We'd love to come back 👍

There were four of us and we wanted to put another table and two more chairs next to each other. As soon as we did this, the waitress came and said only "You are brave." And asked us to put the tables apart again because of the minimum distance. Which made no sense at all: 7 people were sitting in front of us at a small round table. We kindly made the waitress aware of this and told her that we would put the tables and chairs in the starting position after our visit. But that didn't satisfy her either. To the other 7 people she replied "These are our regular guests." In my opinion a classic example of the two class system. These people are apparently not at risk of corona.

The inn is really extremely aesthetically furnished. No cheap decoration, instead there was a lot of good-looking color coordinated. As far as I think, my colleague and I have already ordered the entire menu up and down. The meal was served very quickly and the service was very brisk and friendly. I think the entire staff did a harmonious job there and we were completely pleasantly surprised. We'll all reappear for sure.

Very delicious food and friendly, hard-working service. There is also a large selection, from breakfast to dinner. Very extensive! Delicious lemonades! Happy to go there again.

We were there 2 times. Once for a coffee outside. Fast friendly service. Then eat in the afternoon. The vegetarian burger was a little different than usual but very good. There were also delicious French fries. Here also friendly and fast service.

Been today for coffee with a treat ... Opted for waffles with walnuts and ice cream ... 1st 2 came quite quickly, then after checking finally nr 3 and after at least 20 minutes nr 4 ... no apologies, something had gone wrong .. it was that the waffles were tasty, but no good service

1. The waitress was the whole way porker face. 2. The seat which the waitress took us to had a stain on the fabric surface.. looks like blood or something... 3. The watermelon juice i ordered was the worst ever! Costs over 5 euro, but just sugar water ? and thank for not sparing sugar...

When you ask for a medium rare rib eye and are then served a cold bleu rib eye, I wonder what exactly goes wrong here ... neatly resolved, hence the 2 stars. Staff weren't very friendly either and didn't even apologize for the cold steak👎🏼 Bit of a shame.

Super friendly staff and always looking out incase you need something. Went there for a brunch 2 weeks ago and the buffet was nice, organised and clean. The food quality was good and refilled numerous times while we sat there to eat. Bread and croissants were great also the pancakes and the warm part of the brunch was enough. For my experience in the last year discovering Aachen it ranks pretty high in my list and this place will get a revisit.

The restaurant really has the potential to become my next regular restaurant. Not only the attentive staff was the total bestseller when I visited, but also the good atmosphere. The selection of drinks was not bad for my siblings and me! We think the restaurant is contemporary for everyone Events unimportant whether with husband, friends or clan; ).

Really cozy and nice place, good menu covering some healthy options as well as classic junk social food like hamburgers but also something different like curry and soaps. Salty and sweet options are perfect for a quick bite. Decoration is pleasant, staff is available and friendly. I would definitely recommend to stop there.

A great place to meet friends to eat and drink. The ALEX offers a great selection of drinks and dishes that taste excellent, even for vegetarians. Very friendly and courteous staff. A great service that is operated with a lot of passion. You can really feel good here. Always happy!

A very comfortable place to be with friends. I'm always seeing smiling faces when visiting. The food and drinks are very good and the prices aren't too high. Good for a casual or slightly dressed up time.

Breakfast buffet was pretty typical German fare, so we were able to find the eggs, pastries, cereal, and fruit to eat. Their coffee wasn't too bad, either. On the whole, it was just a basic breakfast. We ate inside, to try to stay away from the smoking, but unfortunately, with the heat, all the doors and windows were open and there were several people, including some of the staff, who were sitting right at the open door and smoking, so in wafted all that second-hand smoke. Kind of put a damper on the whole breakfast experience, unfortunately. We ate quickly and got out of there.

good food, nice waiters, beautiful decoration and nice view

Apart from the fact that I got the wrong drink, you can eat delicious there. Especially the bruschetta I can recommend, this I find very well matched. Although a lot was going on, the service always seemed to be fast and the kitchen did not wait.

Ate here on Christmas Eve as it was one of the very few places in Aachen that was open. Food was really nice, and the staff were very friendly. Good selection of meals available, I would consider eating here again in the future.

Lovely and friendly environment

The staff is funny and attentive and the food and drinks were great. Gluhwein was perfect after chilly sightseeing.
